We write with positive news from Cambodia today. Over the weekend the rains have stopped, and the weather has improved. In Siem Reap the sunshine has come out and is forecasted to last for the coming days. Since this improvement in the weather the water levels in Siem Reap have been constantly falling. In Siem Reap we resumed the majority of services from yesterday, and the disruption to touring itineraries only lasted for one day.

Some central areas of town are still experiencing floods, but they are all now accessible by car again. The highest flood levels are outside Hotel de la Paix, but the hotel is still accessible. With the exception of Chhong Kneas floating village, we can now access all destinations from Siem Reap and have resumed normal services for all of our clients. For those scheduled to visit Chhong Kneas, they will re-route to Kampong Phluck instead.

The weather has been improving throughout the entire country and water levels have been falling everywhere though there are still flood waters in Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham and Sambor Prey Kuk. We are still closely monitoring our services and will continue to discuss the options with our guides and the clients should any services not yet be available by their time of travel.
